Tajayus Ray
Junior - Psychology (minors: Sociology, Criminal Justice)
BIO
My name is Tajayus Ray, and I am from Grenada, Mississippi. I am currently preparing to enter my junior year of college, where I am majoring in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Criminal Justice. I chose these fields because I have always been fascinated by human behavior, what motivates people, and how society and the justice system influence individuals’ lives. My passion for criminal investigations began at an early age. Growing up, my mama and I spent countless hours watching crime shows like The First 48. Those moments sparked my curiosity about solving cases, uncovering the truth, and understanding the investigative process. What started as a shared interest became a career goal that continues to motivate me today. After completing my education, I hope to become a private investigator or an interrogator, where I can use my knowledge of psychology, sociology, and criminal justice to help solve cases and support those seeking answers. I believe these fields work together to provide a deeper understanding of people and the situations they face. I am committed to working hard, continuing to grow both personally and professionally, and using my education and determination to make a meaningful impact in my community and beyond.
