Harrison Lee is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy and Religion specializing in normative ethics and biomedical ethics. His research interests include the ethical (in)significance of intention, the ethics of organ transplantation, and the ethics of care for patients experiencing intolerable and irremediable suffering. He earned his PhD in Philosophy from Baylor University in 2024.

Lee is interested in the relationship between civility and (un)reasonable disagreement. He is curious what sort of respect might be owed to us when we reason and argue poorly about important matters, and why.
