BIO

“Erin Parker is a Program Manager for Undergraduate Programs at the Trent Lott Leadership Institute. Erin is also a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Higher Education. She holds an M.Ed. In Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University, a M.A.T. In Teaching from the University of Mississippi, and a B.G.S. from the University of Nebraska. With extensive experience as a student affairs professional, she specializes in educational assessment, program development, teaching, and implementing student success initiatives. Her research interests include skill acquisition, leadership development, professional competencies alignment, and curricular approaches to student development.”

WHY CLI?

“I’m delighted to be a part of the CLI Stewards cohort. I hope that the program will help me get to know staff members from many other departments and disciplines on campus. Since everyone has a unique path to their leadership style, I am looking forward to learning with and from other cohort members.”
