Policy Talks 2026

As AI becomes more widely adopted, how we think about skills, training, and purpose will shift. Looking to past shifts in labors (e.g., the revolution launched by Henry Ford’s mechanized factories) as well as current trends, we will analyze the nature of work in this brave new world and seek to discover its ethical implications for state and federal policy, investment, and education.
