BIO
Fei Lan is Associate Professor of Religion at the Department of Philosophy and Religion of the University of Mississippi. Her main teaching areas are Chinese religions and philosophy, Buddhism, Environment and East Asian religions. Her research focuses on Confucian ethics and comparative religious ethics. She has published articles in Asian Philosophy: An International Journal of the Philosophical Traditions of the East, Frontiers of Philosophy in China, Religion Compass, UNIVERSITAS-Monthly Review of Philosophy and Culture among others. Lan received her B.A. degree from Peking University, China, M.DIV. degree from Harvard University, and a doctoral degree in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto.
