BIO

Pam Rogers is a member of the administrative suite team as Office Operations within the J.D. Williams Library at the University of Mississippi, where she has been a dedicated staff member for nearly 19 years. With approximately 42 years of experience in higher education administration, she has built a career defined by service, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Before joining Ole Miss, Pam spent 21.5 years at Mississippi State University, gaining extensive experience in university administration and operations. In May 2026, she completed the RISE@UM Program, reflecting her ongoing dedication to professional growth and leadership development. She earned an associate degree from Wood Junior College and has continued her educational journey through coursework at both Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi. She is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree while maintaining her professional responsibilities. Throughout her career, Pam has been recognized for her experience, dependability, and dedication to supporting faculty, staff, students, and campus community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and occasionally traveling with a close-knit group of friends from her hometown of Eupora, Mississippi. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, service, and supporting the mission of higher education.

WHY CLI?

I am truly excited and honored to serve as an UM CLI Steward for the 2026–2027 academic year. I am grateful for this opportunity to promote the values of the University Creed through the CLI program while connecting with colleagues across the university and supporting the continued growth of character, leadership, and community on our campus.
