BIO
“I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2001 with a B.F.A. in Painting. For almost thirty years I worked in early childhood childcare and education and earned a teaching certification in Visual Arts along the way. Since joining the staff at Ole Miss three years ago, I have made it back to the Art Department and have also earned a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education. I have one child, my daughter Hardy, who just graduated from Oxford High School with distinction and will attend the University of Connecticut in the fall in the Puppetry Arts program. Working at the university has opened many new doors for me and has challenged me to progress in ways that I did not know were available to me, like being chosen to be a part of this CLI Stewards program.”
WHY CLI?
“Being a part of the CLI Stewards program is another wonderful opportunity for growth as a professional and as a person. This program will help me learn more about our university and about the people that make it such a special place to work and to be a student.”
