“Mandi serves as the Director of UMatter: Student Support & Advocacy at the University of Mississippi, where she is passionate about helping students navigate challenges and connect with the support they need to thrive. Before becoming Director, Mandi served as a Case Manager for UMatter for several years, developing programs that promote student well-being and improve access to basic needs resources. Through her work, Mandi partners with colleagues across the university to strengthen systems of care and reduce barriers to student success. Whether working with students, colleagues, or campus partners, she strives to lead with empathy, compassion, and authenticity. Through the Character of Leaders Initiative, Mandi looks forward to the opportunity for thoughtful reflection and personal growth as she continues to strengthen her ability to lead with care.”
