BIO
My name is Emily Hollowell. I’ve worked in the Department of Physics and Astronomy since October 2024 as the Administrative Assistant. I have designed stickers for our department and taken photos for our department and for the College of Liberal Arts. I am from Oxford, MS, and I graduated from Oxford High School in May 2018 and from Ole Miss with a BFA in Photography in May 2024. I was a photographer for the DM and for Invitation Magazines in the past. I’ve always loved Ole Miss, and it has been a huge part of my life. It has come full circle: going to school here, working here for almost 2 years, and now being selected as a CLI steward for the year 2026-2027.
WHY CLI?
I’m excited to become a CLI Steward and learn how to be a better leader. I also want to be one of the happy, kind, and welcoming faces people see and interact with on campus. I want to learn to be a better leader and make connections and friends across campus.
