CLI Stewards

The CLI Stewards are a year‑long professional development community for staff at Ole Miss. CLI Stewards brings together poeople from a wide range of roles and units to form a supportive cohort committed to personal and professional growth. The year-long collection of programming focused on ethical leadership and the virtues in the UM Creed provides the opportunity to strengthen communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
